Terms of Service

Last updated:

These Terms govern your use of CalConfirm. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

CalConfirm schedules and sends reminder emails to the guests of meetings you choose. You are responsible for the content of your reminders and for having a legitimate reason to email the recipients you select.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to connect any Google account you add.

Acceptable use

Don’t use CalConfirm to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email, or to violate the rights of others or the policies of Google or your email provider. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to deliver reminders reliably, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Delivery depends on third parties (such as Google and recipient mail providers) that we don’t control, and we don’t guarantee that every message is delivered or read.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalConfirm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed or undelivered reminders.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
