How to send a Google Calendar reminder to your guests (not just yourself)
Here's what trips people up: Google Calendar's notifications remind you, the organizer — not the people you're meeting with. Each attendee only gets a reminder if they added one to their own copy of the event. So the built-in reminders don't help you make sure the other person shows up.
