How to send a meeting reminder email (what to include)
A good reminder email has just five things:
- Who and when — name and exact time (with time zone if needed).
- Where — the location or video link.
- Why it matters — one line on what they'll get.
- A question — "still good for tomorrow?"
- Your name — from a real person.
Hi [name] — reminder we're on for tomorrow at [time] ([link]). I'll cover [value]. Still works for you? — [you]
Rather than remember to do this every time, CalConfirm sends the reminder automatically — for any meeting on your Google Calendar, a personal note goes to your guests 24 hours ahead, from your own Gmail.
