Meeting confirmation email templates (that actually reduce no-shows)

Good confirmation emails are short, human, and ask for a reply. Steal one of these:

Friendly:

Hi [name] — looking forward to tomorrow at [time]! Just confirming we're still on. — [you]

Formal:

Hello [name], confirming our meeting on [date] at [time]. Please let me know if anything has changed. Best, [you]

Sales:

Hi [name] — set for tomorrow at [time]; I'll cover [value]. Still works for you?

Rather than remember to do this every time, CalConfirm sends the reminder automatically — for any meeting on your Google Calendar, a personal note goes to your guests 24 hours ahead, from your own Gmail.
