Reminders for meetings not booked through Calendly
If you use Calendly, you've probably noticed its reminders only fire for meetings booked through your Calendly link. The meetings you set up yourself — created in Google Calendar, agreed over email, added after a call — get nothing.
For most people that's the majority of their calendar. So the reminders that would actually cut no-shows never go out.
Rather than remember to do this every time, CalConfirm sends the reminder automatically — for any meeting on your Google Calendar, a personal note goes to your guests 24 hours ahead, from your own Gmail. It works off your calendar directly, so every meeting gets a day-before reminder — not just the link-booked ones.
